Heard units running names and plates on this talkgroup on the King County TRS. Not in db. Any insight?

STPD is on 23952 (Transit Police). They're just KCSO with different colored shirts and cars.

Based on a template I found, this should be called "Fare Inspection". Haven't confirmed this one, but it could be the Securitas contractors issuing tickets on board the trains.

ST apparently has 10 talkgroups, though I've also caught something train related on 60368.

60048 Mainline Operations 1
60080 Mainline Operations 2
60112 DSTT Operations
60144 Yard Operations
60176 Maintenance 1
60208 Maintenance 2*
60240 DSTT Maintenance
60272 Fare Inspection*
60304 Security 1
60336 Security 2*

*Unconfirmed

Is 23984 an overflow for Metro Transit Police or a Tac?

TAC. They can also talk on 24016 ("Channel 7", Metro supervisors in the tunnel) and 24048 ("Channel 8" Metro supervisors on the surface)

Does ch 7 tg affiliate with anything like McDonald or something I can hear outside of Seattle? Right now I get most of the SPD SFD groups on 851.8125/860.7125 cc

Should be on Seattle, and Tunnels (016). KC/VC if you're lucky. It's linked to 453.525 (141.3). Not sure where that shoots off, but it might be the WPXL485 simulcast (FCC ULS is down at the moment).
