I was S-Bound 99 between Aurora Bridge and Battery St Tunnel this afternoon, approx 2:45PM.

"Escort" was N-bound.

AT LEAST 15 SPD units in all.
Likely more.
Motor units & a few cars.

Motor units were blocking everything along the way, ahead of the "escort". Then comes the actual "escort".

A crapload of motors and a few cars, all surrounding ONE SINGLE CAR.
And it looked like a Toyota Camry, or similar, to boot.

WTF?

Likely Escort Training for the motor unit.
