Whoever is on LERN tonight all the comms sound garbled and encrypted or scrambled with very little recognizable words coming thru. |

I heard something earlier (1700-ish) to the effect that LERN was closed for a gang emphasis operation. |

Heard what sounded like a Net on NLEC a couple days ago in Spokane. Sounded distant. Simplex. May have been Whitman County after the windstorm. |

Was secured for a gang emphasis in Pierce County, probably to far off to get a clear signal... I was listening to them that night, and they were not encrypted... |
