Too hard to remember county name vs. district when in motion, so I made a cheat sheet. Perhaps the Wiki Gods may find a place for it:

Did they change District 1 recently? I always thought King Co was D1?

You may have heard WSP Seattle put out info to 'zone one', which would be I-5 north to the county line.
But you probably know that.

I am probably WAY off but I think it breaks down something like... 'District 2, Seattle Zone 1' of which I think there are 4 total? I'm probably wrong. 1-North, 3-Eastside (and maybe a 4-Pass Patrols) are on the 155.580 and 2-South could be on the S. King frequency.

District 1 is Thurston presumably because that's where the state capitol is.

They call a "Zone 6" for areas in the east portion of D2

I used to hear the dispatcher for WSP refer to zones.... but these days (at least for North King) I hear:

"Seattle North Patrols" for I-5 from west seattle bridge to the county line
"Seattle East Patrols" for I-90, 520, 405, 202, 203, etc.
"Seattle Pass Patrols" for anything East of Issaquah on I-90, SR18, etc.

Out my way the just refer to a city in the County... So Shelton patrols, or Bremerton... Some of the east Grays Harbor area are Capitol...

WSP also likes codes for locations... Such as "I will be out #8" which is district 8 office. Or "I will be out Tom-9 for 2hrs" which is the Southworth ferry terminal. I am still trying to figure out more of them...

I thought you are a dispatcher, this type of info should be at your finger tips.

Not if I don't work for WSP ;) We use plain language... Much easier to understand...
