From Bellevue, I'm hearing a redirect (I'm guessing) of 540AM (according to the audio) of Sammamish, WA "advisory radio" information broadcast.

Perhaps the 33.42 is a link to the 540KHz sites?
These are very low power transmitters.

Sounds like the originating point for what is eventually transmitted on 540KHz.
Should be easy enough to determine

I haven't investigated it at any length, but I've heard that damn thing EVERYWHERE. See map:

Also, there's a guy on another site, located in Douglas County, NV (south of Carson City/Reno areas), that logs it in his skip postings every week.

Now it's retransmitting KHB60 NOAA Weather Radio.

Yes, I contacted them in early April about their lack of any voice broadcast. (It's been down since March.) I received no email reply.

A few days ago, I sent a follow-up email to the P&R Manager and she responded within a few minutes of my 2nd email. They have some technical problem and expect it to be fixed within a few weeks.

In my 2nd email, I reminded her that the 10-watt transmitter was transmitting without voice. This is in violation of FCC rules regarding station identification. I think that got their attention. :)

I have no idea why they simply don't turn it off until it is repaired.
