New license - WQLV-985 - for 853.0125 (R) on Rattlesnake Mtn. Anyone know what this channel is for ??

Says it's temporary. I know they are moving the Rattlesnake Mtn site to a different location. After that it should all go P25

Yes -- that's the license. Emission 16K0F3E -- voice. Does anyone know what its used for ?? Tactical -- Inter-connect ? Fire-ground - EMS Hospital -- What ?

I saw that Sunday. From what I understand, they're going to add one more site and once they get that in, they'll make the switch to p25.

Could be -- but 16KOF3E -- is not digital -- Just plain old analog voice. This channel is not part of the trunked system. A stand-alone -- special use channel. Looks like we need some help from some scanner buffs from the Tri-cities area.

853.0125 is the 'new' 8TAC94 channel, if I remember correctly, conventional analog.

It is the replacement for 868.0125, I-TAC-4, after the frequency
switch-o-change-o with what used to be NexTel.
