I believe the 2 is for a final disposition of the Alarm |

It means it went to the next level a "2-11" or 2nd alarm. Level 3 would be a "3-11" and so on and so on. |

Not really, yours is incorrect, it is not a final disposition of the Alarm, a final disposition would be they put the fire out and went home. Level means the response was elevated to a higher response level nothing more. |
