I used to frequently goto this page when I heard something on Valleycomm and was able to do a search (CNTL + F) and type the engine number and find out what department was working it. When I goto the page now it just list frequencies. Does anyone have a list of the engine/stations and what department they belong to like the old page? Thanks! Michael  |

We moved that info over to the wiki (better screen format, easier to edit). The King County page has a link to it on the top. Here is the new home for the fire info: http://www.interceptradio.com/wiki/index.php/King_County,_WA/Fire |

And for anyone keeping score at home, that's the future for all counties. The tricky part is going to be embedding the frequencies into the wiki. |

Did you try clicking where it says: "Click here to see our wiki page for Snohomish County, WA <- Check this out ! Very informative !" |

I really hate that three column layout. I'll work on categorizing everything so we can dump the Special page for the Categories page, or something that links to categories. And if you want to help in any way, feel free. All forum users can edit the Wiki. Just make sure you're logged into the forum and the "Edit this page" at the top will show up. If it doesn't, delete your cookies, log into the forums again and the button will magically appear. |

Ok cool. So just to make sure I have the process right now. Instead of me sending system/unit updates to Rich, we now can just edit the Wiki? |

To edit the wiki click "login" (top right of the wiki page) and give it the same username/password you use for the forums. The main thing to remember is to avoid putting frequencies in the wiki. Its better to leave a link to the database. As noted yesterday, it can confuse people when the wiki says one thing and the database says something different. |

Rich - I tried using my same username/password as I do on the system but it will not let me log in on wiki. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to register to the wiki system. |

Clear your cookies and try again. If you have a browser that supports it, you can delete just your cookies for interceptradio.com Also, it's possible that the slash in your username is messing things up. Rich would have to confirm that one. |

Yeah its probably the slash in the username. We could try changing your username to something that doesn't have the slash. Any suggestions ? |

Thanks as I tried what Taco suggested and still couldn't log on so I'll have to PM Rich to change my username and try that way. |
