Not sure where? White guy just shot an officer. He's on the porch. Did anyone get the location? Edit: What's going on? I haven't heard any thing on the News or little on air for the past 30 mins???? Was this a drill? |

Came through on 60432 PSOPS N3 - Mutual Aid (SNOPAC/MVD) I'm new to this trunking stuff, so sorry I can't give more info. Not seeing or hearing any thing? Maybe FD? Caller said he was shot, down and about to pass out. Dispatcher was trying to get more info. Went on for about 45 seconds and then nothing. |

I don't see anything on the news, so what the heck was going on? Maybe a county worker? Who has access to the SERS system? Couldn't have been Police or it would have been all over the news. |

It was training. Was going on all day yesterday. SCSO was out at the Evergreen Speedway doing stuff too. |

Kind of funny about 5 years ago EFD did the same thing, by the 2nd day after listening I could not believe that a fire fighter had the same problem by there 3rd day I new that it was training. |

I remember Kent Fire was doing a drill a few years ago, doing SAR in a simulated house fire. All the usual traffic, then you hear "firefighter down! He went through the roof!" I was driving along, listening, thinking it sounded pretty realistic until I heard "Terminate the drill! Terminate the mother drill!"Another minute and sirens behind me...Had to pull over for a Battalion Chief...then an FD-marked minivan...Then another Chief...Then a Medic-One unit. Never did hear exactly what happened, but half of Kent Fire rolled to the training center. |

Thanks for the update. :D I'm just N. of the Evergreen Speedway, so maybe I was hearing training there? Why wouldn't they be using an encrypted frequency to avoid any "War of the World" scanner people listening in!.....LOL |

..."training exercise over"... worked good when I was with DoD. During training exercises anyway. |

There was no terminate drill. I kept it on the same freq. for at least 30 mins and never heard a peep. I figured they all went to some encrypted freq. or off to trunking la la land!.....:) |
