I talked to the radio guy at SDOT a long time ago, he chose not to be on the 800 system.

KJW547--Is it being simulcast off both Capitol Hill and Roosevelt? I'm getting massive amounts of multipath.

Someone's talking on the old WSDOT low-band channel, 47.240, but I can't get it with enough clarity to discern who it is (800 antenna on the windowsill on the ground floor in the valley :x )

When I went across Snoqualmie last weekend (eastbound Thursday and westbound Monday), the traffic I heard on this DOT frequency pertained to snow removal work along SR97 across Blewett Pass. When I heard the units go in service, they were calling "Wenatchee".

Yes, maybe some snow showers Sat. night, but mostly on the Peninsula and up North. Getting cold in E.WA into the low teens single digits.

The wimps I work around mostly left between 1200-1400, citing "it's gonna SNOW!!!1111OMFG" as their reason.

It's either sleeting or it's chubby rain; haven't decided which.

Tomorrow morning is gonna suck though.
