Everett police used to use 154.995 as thier dispatch frequency and it was my understanding that they have stopped using this frequency after going to 800 mhz.

I accidently put my rig on 154.995 and it sounds like a police agency is using it, but it does not sound like Everett. Does anyone have info who is using this one?
