I'm seeing fulltime signals about 770 & 775, FM modulation and definitely data. In between them, I see 4-5 transmissions. They pop up only for about .25 second. The antenna is about 375' AGL about 1.5 miles NNW of Monroe fairgrounds. Nothing that I can see in the database here. I don't have a 700-meg scanner. Any ideas?
