Wrong, and I can say wrong because I'm an Lt. in the County. On any normal ALS response you get a BLS & ALS unit. And to say that for a MED-X it's an additional Aid or Engine is not true! How about an additional Medic Unit!

What means something with one agency has a different meaning elsewhere.
