I was on this call, responding in T58.

Most of Vashon's telephone lines are aerial. A fallen tree damaged both the PSE line and a Centurytel trunk running from the equipment building located in Dockton, on south Maury Island.

VIFR Station 58 in Dockton is normally unmanned, but was staffed with a firefighter and amateur radio personnel for the duration of the outage.
