The antenna's are mounted on the vertical supports under the main structure. For weather protection I guess.

Looked like a beautiful day for a ride! And of course you were getting a really good signal from the 7.36 repeater! Now if I had known you were going to be up there, I might have listened for you! Did you get a new portable?

The freq's are in the database.
DNR 159.360 'Republic' & USFS 170.550 'Leona'; plus common and project.
Quiet unless a working fire.
'NE Dispatch' is the consolidated dispatch for both.
Listen for the fire weather forecast around 1000 & 1600 on the DNR side.

I didn't go to the job Corp place, but I did go by the turn off.

There was a repeater on 145.190 up near Republic that was down for a long time but think I saw something that suggests that it is up again. You probably could get into the 146.900 and 146.680 up in the Mission/Nannum Ridge area from there also. There is also the 146.620 up near Colville that you would be able to get into.

Haven't tried in the field yet.
