Does anyone know the "tac" freqs for Mt Rainier National Park? Especially what is "Common One" that was used for air to ground comms during the rescue of the injured Climbing Ranger.

I show three commonly used 'tac' freqs in MRNP-
169.725- Direct (CSQ)
168.6125- Common-1 (97.4 tone)
156.135- OSCCR (CSQ)

They also have one they call "Off Net" that I believe is 172.450, unsure.

Just heard a very quick conversation on 169.725. One side analog, one p-25. Never hear anything on it.

I have 172.450 as PD at the park... but not sure about it. I need to go hang out up there and sniff out some signals. Not to mention enjoy the place :-)

I picked up a traffic stop yesterday on 163.075, which is listed as "Tolmie" in my notes.

That's the input to 169.725. Varying tones select varying repeaters around the park.
