Notice the forecast for Monday indicates a decent ducting opportunity around sunrise local time 0500 for both east-west and as far north as northern Vancouver Island. May be a good time for climbing a hill and knocking out coastal stuff here.

Also some decent north-south stuff along the coast tonight around 10pm.
