So I was walking by the Coast Guard docks the other day, and it got me thinking that maybe their is some interesting scanning to be had with them. Anyone know of any ACTIVE Coast Guard freq's that I can hear anything interesting on in the B-Ham area? |

Marine Channels 6 (156.300) & 16 (156.800) is where a lot of the action is found for maydays and rescues. Channel 21A (157.050) may have some interesting listening. If your interested in following ship traffic in the area Channel 1 (156.050) is Seattle/Port Angeles Traffic. |

You might also try ... 148.825/143.280 (156.7) CG AUX LOCAL 143.280/143.880 (156.7) CG AUX. 171.150/163.5125 BELLINGHAM LM5 157.050 was the most used in Bellingham area. |
