Anyone see this article? Any idea if USCG around the Seattle area are using these freqs?

Yes... The USCG is using P25 in this area for over a year now. I believe that USCG Port Angeles and Bellingham are using them. I can hear them in Everett...

P25 is more like 10 years. They were using 6 freq's. Some are on the new list. One of the old I remember that's not is 171.15.

It is the USGS Bellingham station. I can hear then all over the north Puget Sound (Everett, Port Angeles and Bellingham). viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2172&hilit=171.150 states that 164.9125 MHz is USGC PT. Angeles
