State Patrol/King county conversation on KC North freq I just caught -

State Patrol is headed to Hwy 2 MP 66 for a car down a 150 foot embankment - they mentioned DOT was going to repel down to car as it might be missing person....

No Fire/Rescue ? Hmmm... Perhaps they are assuming the driver is already dead...

A snow plow operator spotted a car over the side while doing avalanche control work. Not known how long the car has been there
