I have a scanner directory and I downloaded the information into my new bc346xt trunking scanner using FreeScan. I just wanted to know if there are any conventional frequencies or TGID's not listed or updated yet? Also, what tags or frequencies or used for the Ambulances used in Everett? I hear the fire department conversations on the two TGID's I have but I don't hear ambulances. I just got this scanner a week ago and my last scanner was from 1995 so the learning curve has been very frustrating so far. Any advice or hints/tips/tricks would be appreciated. |

I think if you have what is here and at that other website, you would have a great snapshot of what is going on in Snohomish County. |

Ambulances in Everett come from either Rural/Metro or AMR. They will notify SnoPac or SnoCom of en-route, on-scene, and transporting on the fire department talkgroups, but don't use the system other than that. Rural/Metro is dispatched over pagers and Nextels, and very infrequently over 155.280. I admit I'm not sure how AMR is dispatched up there. |
