Wow. For over a minute at about 3:05 am SnoCom was completely un-responsive too Boy units. This boy unit repeatedly tried getting ahold of somebody at SnoCom and no answer. He got to the point where he asked if anybody could hear him, and another Boy unit said affirm. These freezing temperatures must be playing havoc with some of there equipment. After about 2 minutes somebody from SnoCom finally answered him. It seemed like it took 2 hours for somebody to respond, wonder what was going on.

I thought more along the lines of taking a pee outside to see if it would freeze. it was too cold to nap :)

This happens more often then you think, with any agency, it's not related to the weather... Dispatchers get bored and distracted.
