Starting late tonight, I'm going to set up my BC780xlt to capture TGID's from the CC-only mode. It'll be interesting to see what emergency TGID's get activated...

I had most of the active/confirmed/non-related channels locked out. The only ones that came up were:
880 (FIRE TAC 2)
944 (FD ADMIN)
976 (MUTUAL AID POS (FIRE))

5712 (PORT CONSTRUCTION SERVICE)
12368 (Marine Facilities Management)
12208 (Marine Terminals All)

I don't think the last three are related. I haven't listened to anything yet. Also, 944 only had one dead key. Lots of activity on MA and TAC2, may or may not be related. Here's everything, 8.3MB zip file:

Cool, thanks AT. I can listen to the logs while I'm at work. :)

I gazed at my hits before I left and I didn't see anything that stood out as new. I did see a lot of I-Call hits which is a bit rare on the Port trunk.

There was some confusion as to which talkgroups were being used after the first inital dispatch of the incident. Valley Comm Fire 1 advised the units to switch to the proper talk group and acknowledge. Several units responded that no one was answering on Port Fire Mutual Aid (TG 976) so they were to switch to state OPS 1, after several minutes everyone was advised that Port Fire Tac 2 (TG 880) will be the primary talkgroup.

The talkgroups that mostly used during this incident were:

TG 880 - Port Fire Tac 2
TG 976 - Port Fire Mutual Aid
TG 61808 - Med Comm 5

also used for adminstrative and FAA transmissions were:

TG 944 - Port Fire Admin.
TG 6448 - Port Emergency Command

I though of this while I was out today:

Anyone know if this was patched into something on 3D1C? I see in this doc it exists in their radios, but I've yet to see a talkgroup for it.
