Puyallup had a house fire at the top of the Meridian south hill today, across from the 7-11.

Operations were all on 154.265, FireComm F-4

Puyallup FD E2, L3, Batt Chief, Sumner/EPFR E13, CPFR Battalion 66 and Engine 66 were all in attendance, as well as others incoming as we tried to get out the area.

Puyallup PD was there too:

Blue light on that Impala suggest that it's an unmarked PD unit; Puyallup? And I see another marked car but can't quite make out the shield. What were the cops doing there?

Yes, that's one of the Puyallup PD powersquad cars, IIRC. The marked traffic unit is another Puyallup PD car. The cop were there for at least three reasons- 1) traffic control, 2) possible arson investigation; and 3) crowd control. Cops always roll on fire calls.
