Anybody know who uses this frequency.

Heard P25 repeater traffic on it tonight, both sides in the clear. Sounded like a vessel and heard them refer to "Station 24"

Just heard "Station Bellingham" so I am assuming it is USCG Bellingham

It's definitely Coast Guard, Cory. I had this frequency listed at one time as "USCG Seattle Integrated Command", so it may serve more than just Bellingham.

It also used to be part of the US Coast Guard "LM"(land mobile) net in the Pacific Northwest. I don't know if they are still in use or not.

Heard Station Port Angeles on 171.1500 the other day as well.

I just remembered hearing Coast Guard Station Port Angeles communicating on 164.9125 a while back. They referred to it as ZM4. I cannot remember if it was P25 or not. No repeater from what I remember.
