There are several local and regional 800MHz SmartZone systems now. Has there been any discussion of setting up OmniLink? |

I'm not really qualified to answer as I don't really know enough about it, but here's my opinion: 1) It's not really huge, and it's working fine as a SmartZone. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. 2) It would cost money to make it an OmniLink 3) In the next few years they're probably going to go digital, but beyond "few years" there isn't much known. |
