Not sure whats up exactly or where but the Command is "westlake" Lots of talk of "north division" "south division".But does not sound like a structure fire related.. Ok sounds like there are 2 power poles down and lots of wires.. I'm guessing this is westlake sammamish pkwy? Sounds as if maybe a bad Traffic acccident. Command requesting PSE send at least 2 trucks.
anyone else catch this? or the initial dispatch?

Fire just said "north division patient is uninjured and in PD custody and being arrested" What si all the "north/south" talk. Have not heard this before in relation to a TA. Also hearing requests of AMB's from issaquah.

ok after listening long enough it sounds as if this was a traffic accident in which 2 power poles were severed and power lines were all down. From what i can tell the "north/south" division for fire or that fire was made up of was "south" and "north" of the accident scene. If anyone else has better info please chime in. This was on W. Lake Samm Pkwy. near 38th/40th in Bellevue.redmond. Also sounds as if possibly a DUI inceident as one of the drivers was arrested at the scene..

You pretty much got it. Now, I am in NO way in the know on how those guys do their jobs but from listening for years the divisions are usually set up to establish lower levels of command below the incident command and it's broken up into (in the case of a fire) divisions or sides of a building. They could also use that same setup for a bad a MVA.
