I have a BCD396T and used the Uniden software with Extended Online Control to log the talkgroup ID's.
This is the system, Seattle-King County Public Safety System, Freq. 851.8125
I let it run overnite and logged some tgid's that I can't figure out who they are.
These are the tgid's,

756837
758624
759117
759784
760744
761400
764069
764090

The last 4 #'s look like Snohomish County Radios, SCFD # 7 uses all 762xxx series.

How do I find out who the individual users are?

ask the officer what his radio number is, AKA this isnt public information.

Try using trunker for dos. It can give you a good idea whos radios are whos.
