Can someone confirm the TGID's for Auburn PD?

I'm listening on EPSCA and I'm always getting 36947 as their dispatch primary. Is this correct? It doesn't jive with the main Intercept list...

I get the same Talkgroup number. I think it's a patch with Algona and Pacific.

Auburn, Algona-Pacific, and Black Diamond are usually patched together. Depending on the day you may see the patch appear as any of the input talkgroup values plus 3. You'll need to program all the possibilities into your scanner. (Most new scanners will take care of the +3, just program the root value.)

Gotcha. Thanks for the help. I swear I only get this particular talkgroup. Perhaps EPSCA does this for its system only...

With my Bearcat 246XLT I have received Auburn/Algona/Pacific and Black Diamond PD primary on TG 36944. I guess that would be the 36947 without the plus three.

I believe if you turn data bits off that it will show the original ID instead of the patched ID. Some scanners call it ignore data bits. In this case you would want to turn that on to make them appear as the normal ID. Or is it status bits? I haven't messed with it in so long I forgot now, but it is one of the two lol.. You can also program it as a type 1 system to acchieve the same effect I believe. But then you have to convert all your ID numbers to type 1. I have an older scanner programed this way. Best of luck.
