A new system 01E7-0101 is up on 764.5875. No Traffic. Pierce Transit?

poor reception in bellevue, what is the system type? I have to much noise other then a scratchy ltr noise.

I just set it up as P25. I have signal strength 3 in Renton. Looks like Pierce Transit for sure.
