Not sure how many are aware 151.490 is being used statewide by the WA Department of Fish and Wildlife as an interagency channel. It is called Tac 18.

Digital is correct. Confirmed by Dept Fish & Wildlife radio tech in Ephrata that our area is using digital on 151.490.

Another is 153.935 also digital (Tac ?)
