No. Not a FRS/GMRS channel. Just another low power "splintter Freq" -- being used without an FCC license. Unless it might be 468.975 -- the input to a repeater on Tiger Mtn -- owned by a Trash Truck Company. They could have had a trunk -- un-loading at the dump at the time -- and called the Company Dispatcher on 468.975 / 463.975 R. Good catch -- anyway you look at it. No matter what Betty Davis would say --- " What a DUMP !! " |
