I saw this listed as State Ferry. 866.1375. Getting some comms here in woodinville but does not sound like any ferry traffic. Can someone identify? Thanks. |

I think that the post coame from me. I don't know nothing about the state DOT system. I do know that the scout picked up the new install of 800 base in PT a few years ago. I'm not sure if I hear all the 800 traffic from the boats, but a lot is there along with other not so interesting traffic and dead carrier for a minute or so. There is another freq - same as above but is the Hood Bridge to tacoma bridge central. Don't have the freq with me, but it's in the archive - was talked about here a few months ago. I'll post when I get home. |

Both 866.1375 and 866.6125 are located on Buck Mtn - near Quilcene -- along with 866.0375, 866.6375, 867.0375, 867.1375, 868.0375 and 868.100. |

since there is no scanner that will tract the system so that's how I found the two freq's. So is it possible that the traffic on those two freq's is rebroadcasted in another area on other freqs? |

Talking to some WA DOT insiders -- they say yes. Even to the point of being able to talk from eastern Washington to the Sound. |
