122.775 (a common freq between news coptors and planes so they don't bump into each other flying over the same fire) has more and more chatter. some traffic relevent, some news, some personal business oriented, but it seems like two pilots up there have become better friends. anyone know why they are sharing more information latley? gregz |

one of the helicopter pilots is my instructor and so to pass the time they chat on that freq as well besides work stuff. Also it is a general unicom channel so other pilots will chat on it as well.. |

They must be The 4 and 7 helo were quite chatty one afternoon when flying to a story over Olympia. |

My instructor flys the KIRO AM helicopter, the talk to eachother alot during a news story that way they know where each other is so they do not run into each other as well as general chit chat..... |
