So.... If you are not familiar with the appearance/stance of the Dodge Charger, you might want to become familiar....most especially yellow ones looking like "Yellow Cab" vehicles with deep tinted windows that are sitting along the side of the road!

I saw a blue one in Dist. 5 that had civilian plates and a short VHF looking 1/4 wave spike with a open coil mounted on the trunk. Not sure if that was dual-band for voice/MCN
