Yep- radio was moved across the building to decrease the interference between that radio (154.175) and the RX of the new system (154.01).

Be better if it was about a mile away but its significantly better than being on within a couple of feet of each other...

Are these frequencies in use in Sequim?
Licensed to:
453.2875 SEQUIM PD
453.3125 SEQUIM PD

Last time I was there I heard nothing on them.

To answer your question, just looking through my frequency list for Clallam County Sheriff, I don't see either of those two frequencies listed anywhere. Maybe chpalmer knows what the belong to, but I don't see them as any association with CCSO or Sequim PD.

Yeah, I don't know what they use them for, I know we at district 3 have a lot of frequencies with licences that we don't use, more than likely Sequim PD uses them for tactical or training or something else. chpalmer will probably be able to give a better answer about what they are used for. :D

There was some testing but they are not used yet... No immediate plans either.

Flattery will get you almost anywhere Joe...

Dave P is trying to get a contracting business off the ground with his son. He's been on a project or two in the last year and can be available if needed, but thats about it. I still talk with him a bunch.
