That quote was provided by one of the SERS technicians. So I tent to believe it's true. With that said, I hope you are right.
Well slightly higher than a SERS technician... SERS is programming subscribers with Shuffled Band Plan enabled AND when the rebanding effort is completed SERS will implement shuffled band plan unless I am convinced it is not in SERS best interest.
