Talkgroup 400 on the Puyallup system is active. Possible that this is the "Events" channel.
Sounds like the Puyallup Police Explorers on Bike patrol. They are using call signs X-1 thru X-18.
Meeker Days is this weekend.

I was scanning the pierce county public safety and came upon the a talk group ID 00880 that sounded like SWAT and/or a crisis negotiator group doing some training.

Any one know what this 880 talk group is?

Metro SWAT-2. 1 and 3 are encrypted, for some reason 2 is analog.

The database should be current. Please holler if there is anything missing and one of the admins will put it in.

Anybody else have anything new on Tacoma-Puyallup talkgroups? From what little I can pick up from the Putallup side the Fair is just using Fair 1 (944) and FCOMM-2 (55152) this year.

I think I have 2 good hits on PARKS (53744) which I presume is in Tacoma.

I also would put ENC Ruston Tac (48144), but it is only a guess.

I caught what I think is a T FD EMER ch 16 (54768) with Brush 30 activating the button.

I heard someone on 976 Fair Com - 2. They were told to use Fair Com - 1.

Thanks, Curt. This system might just get mapped out before it is declared obsolete and gets upgraded ;)

I understand that there might still be a Fair Admin somewhere in the remaining unknowns.
