Turned out to be south king county. They had to break off as they headed north because of the Blue A TFR.

I was at the I-90 overlook and got the following (from memory, the same poor memory that forgot to bring pen and paper, so take this with a grain of salt):

237.80 Solos (most of their work)
255.2 Occasional use by the solos
275.35 Diamond (behind the crowd)
284.25 Diamond (in front of the crowd)

I couldn't pick up the com cart as I was below the crest of the hill.

I also got on TV. My wife is appalled.

Unless it's changed in the last few years it's an actual communications cart that is brought in and placed in the pits. (I assume) it has land coms and maybe other. The #1 Blue gets the WX and the ownership of the airspace over that freq before they come into the area. I'm not sure if #7 has a comm connection or if they are just at the KIRO pit studio doing the color.
