Caught Puget sound energy a few ago on 153.605. I see it listed as the Kirkland/Redmond freq. Was talk of clearing snow from lines removal of limbs and branches into powerlines..

Primary ops are on 453.875 (173.8 ), and they have a low-power 'tac' channel on 460.4875.

What trunk? Pierce County is conventional.

Any sorted data for WA DOT? I know 151.025 is at least Snoqualmie Pass and I think ferry terminals too.

Interesting note- Yesterday's trip to Crystal Mountain up 410 (no radios, just skis) revealed not one, not two, but four Pierce County DPW trucks plowing along with WSDOT. There must be no available shared radio channels, as they kept doing the stem-to-stern roadside chat thing.
