Pretty sure Tumwater uses "Commanders" as they may be the Lincoln units.

Each city and the county has Metro units which is an assigned traffic car or bike

Robert is reserve officers

Ida may be detectives as the county uses "David" as a beat assignment. Tumwater is Paul for patrol

Lacey and Oly have their own designator for patrol area assignment A-D or so

County 1 is the Sheriff and likewise the cities for their administration.

I should amend that by saying Tumwater may have no sgts according to their website and instead Lt's and Cmdr's

"Members of Patrol are required to be the most well rounded in their knowledge of traffic, criminal, civil, and state laws as well as city ordinances. They are the front line of defense for the city of Tumwater and it's citizens. From their ranks come the Detectives, Lieutenants, Commanders and Chiefs."

Nice work! You have the unit identifiers correct as far as 1 being TCSO etc. Usually it goes as this when a unit is named: Department, assignment, and unit number. So, 1Boy88 would be a deputy with the SO, he's working the "boy" area (NE county), and his unit number is 88.

You have the Sam (Sgt. ) and Lincoln (Lt.) correct. King units can be K9, but they can also be a school resource officer. Lacey King units are SRO's and Olympia K9 units are "Frank" units, and with the county they are just an area car but they have in their unit capability that they are a K9 officer.

The unconfirmed list: "John" units are jailers, "Paul" units are either patrol (Tumwater doesn't have patrol areas so they can go anywhere in Tumwater) or off duty working a special detail, "Ida" are detectives, "union" units are cadets or community service officers, "metro" are traffic officers, "young" units are senior patrol / volunteers, "Robert" units are usually reserves but can also be rover units, Units that use the city name typically are chiefs and or commanders Oly1 is the chief and then down.

You have a good base on the units that typically work out on the road, but keep in mind, a unit can work the "boy" area one night, but get moved to the "Adam" area the next. So you may have 1Boy88, but next shift he may be a 1Edward88.

I think I got the majority of it answered but any other questions let me know.
