Not sure whats going on here But I see that Snohomish County is useing Tag 61936 the all event channel as a dispatch channel seems like north end traffic but main dispatch on 1712 north county sheriff is still being used.

Its Everett and Snohomish County Sheriff using the same tag unit states, Everett, K9 and ocean units multi K9 units
