sitting here watching the snow fall and wondering why i can hear the state trucks in forks and boringham, but not in sequim, port angeles or port townsend! anyone have a dot freq for sequim/pa?

DOT has an 800 trunked system. I listen to the single freq of 866.1375 that has all of the ferry traffic and other road stuff from all over. I did hear units this morning in the PA area on that freq.
