hey there nw scanner freaks out there in WA area. i got me a bc250d and been working on getting all the talkgroups programmed for when i come in from leave from iraq. was wandering, does anyone know what CIS stands for for Seattle PD. also with the CIS talk groups, does anyone know if seattle PD has an intelligence department, also , same question goes for TSA, do they have an intelligence department. i would call them , but im not gonna pay the phone rates here to call back to the states and get that information, or pay that phone bill just for an answer of no. if someone can find out for me and post here that be great.
