that was my old stomping grounds. the only thing that is worth a damn is the security dont know which of these if it is, but scan around in the same area. they use one repeater for the place and its hardcoded radios doubt they changed. a hoot, back when that was first built some real characters worked there, great to listen to them bust a skateboarder.

No clue- it's licensed there and at the Kitsap Mall for paging.

They use a service (I forget the name) that pages from the Security office to all of the stores on site for lost kids, etc...

The pagers are desktop units similar to the original standalone caller id units.

It is alpha page, sorry but I don't know the format.

ok they are using 461.9125 for parking garage checks and also 466.9125

466.x is likely the input freq to the repeater. :)

You probably only need to monitor the 461.x freq.
