The National Weather Service says a significant weather advisory is being issued for Central Snohomish and Northern King counties until 5:15 p.m. PDT. A storm moving east from Granite Falls has the potential to produce a funnel cloud. "

Looks like potential for one west of Belfair also... When did I move to Kansas?

You can get NOAA Weather Service S.A.M.E codes for your area or county
http://www.nws.noaa.gov/nwr/indexnw.htm
you can program these codes in your scanners
