Does anyone know what frequency the Kitsap County Sand/Plow trucks use? I have looked around, have found a few public works frequency but they are for waste management or water department. Thanks for the help.

The Kitsap County Road Department, including snow plows, uses 867.6625 MHz. This is a conventional (non-trunked) repeater output frequency.

Incidently, during a bad storm it can be interesting to hear the PSE electric line crews working some of the same areas as the road department. In Kitsap County I have found them on 153.635 MHz.
