I have not heard anything on 453 for a long time. I don't live in the Tri-Cities anymore, but visit my parents often and try to keep their electronics up-to-date. What is MDT?

While on the subject, do you have any sites to recommend where I can find the most recent Tri-City area frequency information?

A MDT is a mobile data terminal similar to what emergency vehicles have, except in the case of BFT, it is more of a log in, log out format for drivers with a simple set of buttons and no keyboard. Info is probably the best here. Were you aware that fire has moved off 800mhz and back on VHF? Their talk groups are not used anymore and the ambulance to hospital traffic is on HEAR, 155.340 with separate pl tones to connect.

I was aware of the Benton County Fire departments moving to VHF. Always looking for up-to-date lists. Just was not sure what the best sites are for such info.
