My daughter saw them at 240th & Military near Federal Way. They had a car pulled over near one of the gas stations.
She got a couple of pictures on her cell phone.

I saw them at 175th St and 25th Ave E in Spanaway a couple weeks ago. Family member fighting and wouldn't put the knife down. I don't think it turned into much though. It will be fun to watch the neighborhood on tv again.

oh definitely, I'm excited they came back. The last time they were here was in 2004. They sure love our area.

Haven't they changed the name of the show to "On Patrol" or something ? I think that the re-runs are still called Cops, but the new series has a new name. Problems with the production company vs the Fox Net. Go ahead -- and make my day. Tell me I'm wrong.

dude, COPS is still going strong. Street patrol is a different show on a different network. that is just unused footage of cops. COPS is currently in its 21st season right now on Fox. COPS is never going away. :D http://www.cops.com

Dude -- I mean dude, "cops is never going away' were the last words that US Marshal Matt Dillon said as CBS cancelled "Gunsmoke" the then longest running TV series. Since FOX TV and my local FOX station airs "Street Patrol" and I have yet to see a new "COPS" program -- in about a year and a half. -- It sort of appeared that COPS had died and gone to that great "re-run heaven" along with Dragnet, Adam 12, Emergency, Code 3, Rescue 8, Racket Squad, Naked City, Hill Street Blues, Swat, The Streets of San Farnciso, Hawaii 5-0, Highway Patrol, CHIPs and the greatest TV drama of them all "Police Story". In TV broadcasting -- there is no never, just always. Just about everyone with the King County SO and Pierce County SO that appeared on the old COPS program -- has retired. Just give me a bad girl any day.

I can assure you all that "Cops" is alive and well, as I was on a call with them last night in Burien.

It is indeed there 21st season, and they're in the 5th week of filming in King County (mostly S. King County).

So there ya go!

I wish the producers didn't have to edit it down so much, then audio dub in fake radio traffic and sirens.

I wish they could come back to Portland but my understanding is that both the Portland Police Bureau and Multnomah County Sheriff refuse to. Though they could go to Vancouver, WA...

They're really filming in King Co.? Interesting, since it's been at least 10 years since they've been there. I know that since Lakewood has started their own police department COPS has not been invited back. The chief and city leaders felt that the city was not shown in a favorable light, so no more COPS.

The only bad part of Lakewood that COPS filmed were all of the calls in the Tillicum area. Tillicum is like watts. Otherwise Lakewood PD looked great. What did the city expect. Adam 12 ?? Great real.

Just heard tonight about 11:30 pm, on sheriff East dispatch, a unit said one in custody and the dispatcher said: "I know you have the camera crew with you, so I will get another car to transport for you". -So cops is still up here filming, wonder how much longer they are staying. :D
