No clue. The freqs don't all match with the City of New Orleans TRS, there was only one site, and the SysID hasn't been found.

Location #2 matches to a T

Except this was a single site that showed no neighbors. I also didn't find any other control channels with this sysID.

Those others guys have it as a Harris system; this was Moneyrola all the way. They also don't have the talkgroups I caught and show no encryption.
